All players interested in playing hockey for the University of Iowa
Hawkeyes are encouraged to complete and submit this short form.
This information will be reviewed by Coach White and each player will
be contacted personally by Coach White.  Interest in the 2008-09
season is at an all-time high and tryouts will be extremely competitive.
There is a strong possibility that two teams will be formed:
