HAWKEYES HOCKEY- Man’s Ice Hockey Club of Iowa University

​The University of Iowa Men’s Ice Hockey Club, known as the Hawkeyes Hockey team, competes in the American Collegiate Hockey Association (ACHA) Division II and is a member of the Mid-American Collegiate Hockey Association (MACHA). As a sponsored sport club at the University of Iowa, the team is student-led and regularly practices and competes against other university club teams both regionally and nationally. ​

The Hawkeyes have demonstrated competitive success within the MACHA’s Gold Division, securing championships in 2020 and 2023. Their home games are primarily held at the Coral Ridge Ice Arena, located at 1451 Coral Ridge Ave, Coralville, Iowa 52241. ​

The team’s roster features a diverse group of student-athletes from various regions, contributing to a dynamic and skilled lineup. In addition to their on-ice activities, the club maintains an active presence on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and X (formerly Twitter), where they share updates on games, events, and other team-related information. ​

As a student-run organization, the Hawkeyes Hockey team offers opportunities for leadership and involvement both on and off the ice, fostering a community for those passionate about hockey at the University of Iowa.
